My name is Mike Azarian I am 67 years young, and this is my journey.
I had a long history of competitive powerlifting at the state, national and international level at the 198 and 220 classes.
Around the beginning of March 2021, I knew that my body could no longer take the abuse of powerlifting and I became depressed and found myself wandering aimlessly around the gym at an unhealth body weight between 205 and 2010lbs.
I would like to add the fact that I have had a long history of poor blood work {HDL, LDL, Cholesterol and blood sugar} results for the past 20 years due to a genetic defect diagnosed as Type 1 Familial Hypertriglyceridemia.
I knew Gerry and approached him in the gym one day and asked him for help. I explained to him my dilemma and the fact that I was depressed over the fact that I could no longer powerlift and was getting out of condition and depressed
Gerry did not hesitate to help me. Within one day he wrote me out a weight training schedule, diet and supplement list. He explained to me in detail what I needed to do to achieve my goal of continued training and overall health.
Since March I have dropped over 20 lbs and weigh between 183 and 185. My goal was to be in the 170’s but I decided after I hit 176 to stay at 185 max. This is where I feel the best both physically and mentally.
It is now the end of September 2021 I am still at 185 and I can honestly say that Gerry has contacted me every few days since March asking me how I am doing.
Gerry has helped me understand healthy eating habits and given me challenging training instruction that has changed my life.
At my recent annual physical my doctor was amazed as was I at my blood work results.
They were all at or very near normal levels. This was obviously due to Gerrys knowledge of diet, physiology and exercise.
Gerry not only provides excellent diet, training and support he also truly cares about people.
He is an amazing person, and I will always be grateful for his support and being there for me when I needed help.

It is with great pleasure that I recommend the coaching services of Gerry Blais.
At the age of 54, I have been carrying around too much weight for many years now. I've made a few attempts to get down to my ideal weight on my own. I've usually given up after a small weight loss, and then bounced right back to where I was before I started. Not this time! Not with Gerry's expertise and continuous encouragement.
I started working with Gerry on my nutrition and weight loss plan in late September 2020. When I started, I weighed in at 218 pounds (I'm 6' tall) which is about 40 pounds heavier than I was when I graduated from college. Four months later, I am a much healthier 188 pounds. The exciting part for me is that I am confident that I'm going to be successful in achieving my final goal of weighing in at fit and healthy 175 pounds. When I weighed 218 pounds, I had borderline high blood pressure and on medication to control it. I was also a bit depressed about being overweight. Now the blood pressure medication is no longer needed, and I feel great!
Gerry has been incredibly encouraging along the way--providing positive messages through the week, continuous feedback on my eating, and some helpful advice about how to improve my exercise routine. I have no doubt that I'm going to reach my weight loss goals having Gerri at my side! Thanks to Gerry, I feel better than I've felt in years. His help over the past few months have meant the world to me.

He has been a friend and trainer to my daughter Jennifer over 15 years ago and currently is training myself ( Age 77), daughter Jennifer (Age 52) and granddaughter Alice ( Age 20). “My story is not unlike others in that I am in my mid-40’s, was once a gym nut, athletic and could eat anything I wanted. If your looking to invest in your body, become stronger, and push yourself to your max, then look no further than my friend and personal trainer, Gerry Blais. I have known Gerry since 2015, when I walked into his gym at a mere 135 pounds, realizing that I was owing my life to my job and not taking care of myself. I had a vision to be better, but didn’t know where to start, how to proceed. I was weak physically, emotionally drained, and needed some direction. My wife recommended me to him as she had nothing but praise for him when he trained her the year before. The rest is history...and a good history I might add! Today, after 30+ sessions with Gerry, I am the strongest I have even been, most confident I have ever been, and just simply proud of how i look. I am 170 pounds of muscle and I look and feel my best. Since I am on work travel, I can’t be with Gerry now, but i apply what I have learned over the years and do my best to maintain my strength. He has thought me many techniques and concepts, and i use them during my own workouts. It doesn’t matter your age, you will get stronger no matter what age group you are in. I wouldn’t be surprised if I still go to him 10 years from now. Throughout our journey together (yes, Gerry is very personable, friendly, and one of the nicest guys I know), he has thought me the science of strength training and how to push yourself more than you think your capable of. He helps select which protein and supplements I should be taking to supplement my workouts. He checks in with me during the week to see how I am doing, like a good friend. I believe he genuinely cares for the well being of each and every customer. He has a great ability at squeezing a few more reps out of you when you think you can’t do anymore. You see, that’s where the magic happens, those extra reps is where the true gain is made. I couldn’t see myself doing these extra reps on my own so I am fortunate that I was with Gerry to help me achieve what I thought was impossible. The sessions are great, its just me and him with no distractions. In fact, the time of the week that i look forward to the most is when i walk out his door after an intense workout. I know i just gave 110% and can’t wait to go home and take my protein! This feeling can’t be replicated in any other way!

When I began training with Gerry this past summer, I was an active runner and avid gym participant, but I had just returned from my first year of college and felt that something was missing in my routine. I was not pushing my endurance to the hardest level or doing my best to challenge myself. I have been training with Gerry for over 3 months. When I reflect on how I used to train, to now, it definitely needed a make-over with creating a new way of thinking about lifting and diet.
Gerry provided that innovative mindset and worked on providing expert skill, form and knowledge to my routine. I can run longer now, lift heavier and my nutrition is more well -rounded. I am a very competitive person and Gerry pushed me to limits that I wasn’t even aware that I could even reach! He would push me to do better and kill me on our endurance days. We always had fun doing it too, fitness shouldn’t be un-enjoyable. Most importantly, Gerry has become a mentor, advisor and good friend. "Just do exactly what Gerry says...exactly when he says. He knows what he is doing and if you stick with him, it will work." Most of you can and should stop reading right there. I bounced around from diet to diet for the past 20 or so years. Some worked for a time...others not at all. I finally decided that I had to put my faith in something (or someone) and stick to it 100%. This process taught me that nothing can be achieved without full commitment and with full commitment, anything is possible!
Up until I had my first child, I was very lean and could not put on muscle...no matter what I did. Then, when I had my first son, I put on about 20lbs of "sympathy weight." I fluctuated from there, but after our third was born, I was about 50 pounds heavier than I should have been. This extra weight left me unhappy, lethargic, and defeated. I went to the gym 4 days a week and "ate well." At least I thought I was eating well. No matter how hard I worked out (including intense "crossfit" workouts), I could never get to a lower, stable weight. I followed all of the Instagram and Twitter advice I could find...most of it contradicting itself. At my heaviest, I was 5' 11" and 238lbs...a long way from the 5' 11" 185 lbs in my early twenties.
Then, Gerry and I crossed paths. The manager from my gym (Joey D.) had noticeable results from working with Gerry so I said, "what the heck...I'm going all in with this guy." I never met him in person but right away I could tell that he did things differently. In the past, I had paid up to $800 for nutrition plans that were nothing more than macros. Gerry took the time to get to know me, my lifestyle, my likes, and my dislikes. He identified my strengths and weaknesses and designed a program that was just for me. In fact, I had him design one for my wife and it could not have been more different! Again, it was custom made for her.
In August of 2019, I decided it was time and I fully committed to Gerry's plan. The first week was absolute hell - just being honest. He was right there with me through "hell week" and things started to become easier and more natural for me. I started seeing lbs drop and eventually saw one lb drop each week (with a few plateaus mixed in). Here I am in July of 2019 and I have been 188 lbs for about three months. I actually lost about 8 lbs during the COVID-19 lockdown which was amazing. The plan is something that I can stick to for a long period of time now that I am in a routine. The option of a cheat meal each week and carefully selected supplements have really made this manageable for me. The best part is the support, accountability, and friendship Gerry has provided. He isn't doing this for the money...he truly enjoys helping people. If he was in it for the money, I should have paid him 10x what he charges!

A little over a year ago I had lost my motivation to work out. “I will start Monday” became my new mantra… 1 Monday turned into 2.. then 3.. then (you get the picture). My husband knowing that my mental health was starting to suffer decided he was going to take a chance. A chance that actually changed my life. He met with Gerry to see what he was all about and to see if he could help me, since I couldn’t help myself. Around Thanksgiving of 2017 my husband told me that he got me a Christmas present but that I had to use it now. (que the confused face). He had signed me up for a set of sessions with Gerry and my first session was the following week. I immediately thought “I’m going to puke or die” knowing how out of shape I had become. I was not wrong. I’m still alive so you can guess how my first session went. Over the last year with Gerry I looked forward to my weekly training sessions, not only did he push me physically (I swore at him A LOT) but he also provided a weekly outlet for my frustrations and stress. He is a great listener (unless you say no).
He proved to me that the numbers on the scale do not matter! It’ about how you feel and how hard you work. We all like to see the number go down but I like the fact that I feel HAPPY and my pants size is going down better!

That was all the motivation I needed to get back on and stay on track.Almost three years ago I decided that I no longer wanted to believe my own bullshit. I was disinterested in the outdated belief that as you get older, “out of” is the only shape you are able to get into. I needed someone to call me out and keep me accountable. I wanted to become the strongest, healthiest and best version of myself.
I went to Gerry Blais for an assessment so that I could gather some insight, perspective and knowledge. We completed a body fat analysis and we talked about my goals. I have had the pleasure of working with Gerry Blais for the past six months. I was unhappy with my weight and appearance and seriously considered plastic surgery. My husband suggested a personal trainer. I wasn’t sure if would be comfortable but agreed to try.

When I retired from swimming, I got a desk job and joined corporate America. 35 pounds later, I found myself fat and out of shape. Hi, my name is Nick Mascioli, I’m a personal trainer at Hampstead Health and Fitness. Being a personal trainer, I was hesitant at first to reach out for help with my own personal nutrition and workout schedule, for whatever reason I felt like asking someone else for help with what I do as a profession made me feel like I wasn’t as good at my job as I thought I was. When in actuality it was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself, as an athlete I’ve always adopted the mentality of knowing there will always be someone bigger, better, faster, and stronger than I am which has allowed me to push myself to be the best I can be. After applying that type of thinking to my work life and accepting that I could use some help getting over the plateau’s I had hit with my fat loss and strength I decided to reach out to Gerry Blais, Gerry didn’t make me feel uncomfortable sharing my daily workout routine and eating habits, he had me thinking outside the box into why I’m eating what I’m eating and at what time of day I’m eating certain foods. I saw an immediate difference in my physique and strength within the first 2 weeks following the training and eating program Gerry designed for me. Most notably the supplements he has me taking have made an enormous difference in my digestive health, my recovery time from exercise, and my overall energy levels during workouts and during my average workday. Although I only did a 1-hour session with Gerry he messages me every few days checking up on me and how my workouts/diet are coming along and making sure that what I’m doing is yielding the results I want. Overall Gerry is an excellent Fitness coach and I will continue to work with him in the years to come and would highly suggest that if you’re a personal trainer like me or someone looking to take their training/health more seriously that Gerry is the guy you want in your corner.

Bobby Dickey Jr. Over the past two years I worked with Gerry Blais and I have loved it! I cannot say enough great things about Gerry. I came to Gerry with a goal and he immediately guided me in the right direction. I started training when I was about 17 years old for hockey.
I had no clue what I was doing. I probably did chest and biceps five days per week. One keen memory I have from back then was this jacked dude that was always behind the counter, fitting in MULTIPLE training sessions per day. It seemed like every time I was in there, he would be on the gym floor, training with INTENSITY. I knew I wanted to get to that level someday, so I made it a goal. One day I got the courage to ask the jacked guy behind the counter what I should do to get bigger and stronger. He first said, “Hi, my name is Gerry”. After he answered my question and I felt comfortable talking to him, I probably bombarded him with ten new questions everyday for the next year. From 17 to about 22, I had Gerry fuel my passion for weightlifting at that gym. I went from a 140-pound freshman in college to a 197-pound senior! I was like a sponge; I soaked up everything he told me. I even switched my major at school from Business to Exercise Science. I can honestly say Gerry drove my college degree and my personal training pedigree. Gerry eventually moved on to a new gym, but we stayed in contact. I know I can shoot him a quick text or email with any question and get some real life experience in return. Most recently, I had come to a standstill in my physique efforts. I am 32 years old and what used to work for me was not cutting it anymore. So you guessed it, I texted my childhood idol. Gerry taught me about ketogenic diets and recommended I start one and see where it took me. At that point I was sitting at 203 pounds, pretty big for my height (5’7”), but definitely not lean enough. I have been doing a keto diet for 3 months now and am sitting at a lean 184. My strength is the same and my energy levels are up. The wizard had come through, again! I now consider Gerry a very close friend and we keep in contact with each other throughout the months. I also enjoy my Blaze Bodies updates that I watch on YouTube, it brings me back to when I was 17, when I had pipe cleaners for arms but a passion that was just starting to ignite.

The gift card sat around for about a year, when I finally said I can’t let this sit around more, I am going to use this. I contacted Gerry and had my first session. I thought I was in decent shape by running regularly and attending fitness classes at a local studio. I was mistaken. Now after seeing Gerry over the last several months, I feel stronger and fit then I have ever felt. After the first session, I was hooked. I have been an athlete all of my life and at then at 30 years old I simply stopped doing anything but eating and drinking because I worked so hard that food and drink became my comfort and my gift to myself for burning the career candle at both ends. For ten years I put more effort into eating, drinking, working and avoiding working out as I had anything into else in my life. And I did a really good job of it. At 39 I was 50 lbs overweight, was in pre-diabetic sugar ranges on a few tests, was ok with the cholesterol reading but did not have enough of the good kind and generally spent a lot of time trying to find clothes that would hide as much of me as possible. That's just the physical devastation I had inflicted on myself. I have always been a sort of happy, focused but fun, super confident woman. I found that in those ten years I gained enough weight to be two small people but became less confident and happy than most people around me. If you have ever been at this place in your life, I know you can understand that no matter how much your brain tells you that you can fix this through small steps of diet and exercise, it is a herculean task to undertake. Not being able to self motivate or even begin to know where to start to undo everything I had done, I did nothing but then the light at the end of my personal hell TEXTED me on my cell phone. Here starts my miraculously short story of undoing 10 long years of damage: December 18th 2009. Gerry Blais texts me and says he is at a great new training facility in Windham. I am not willing to put my weight at that time in black and white but suffice to say I was severely out of shape, overweight, and had lost all hope along with all muscle tone. In four short months I was going to turn 40 and the only thing I could think about was I don't want to wake up on my first day in my 40th year looking or feeling like this. I signed up for 2 training sessions a week with Gerry at Infinite Fitness and walked in the door my first day thinking this is simply never going to happen. I remember clearly our first work out, and our second and up to our tenth or so. I remember dreading walking in the door thinking everyone is going to know exactly what a mess I have made of myself. I remember drinking 4 bottles of water before the first 15 minutes of my work out had even past. I remember not being able to catch my breath between sets. I remember wishing that the work out would soon be over but having it seem like it lasted hours. I remember thinking how could I have done this to myself and how long will it be before I stop dreading working out and start looking forward to it and exactly how long will it take to start seeing a change in my body. What I don't remember at all was all the things I dreaded. I don't remember not one minute feeling judged by Gerry or any one else at Infinite Fitness clients or staff. I don't remember anything but encouragement and some feeling of hope. I remember thinking how hard Gerry worked to ensure that every time I showed up he had a new and exciting work out planned and I remember that there was a time that I stopped dreading walking in the door and started feeling like I could not wait to go again. This was at the end of January, And then I asked Gerry for one more session a week. I told him that I was going to be 40 on April 8th and that I wanted to feel and look very different and that I was starting to have some sense that this could happen. He never questioned the possibility once. He simply went to work designing work outs and plans and energy and excitement around every session we spent together. And for 3 sessions a week and in less than 3 months I had started to accomplish what I had thought to be impossible just a month previous to this. On my 40th birthday I woke up 25 lbs lighter, but more importantly I woke up excited about my day with my husband. I went for a 3 mile run in the 90 degree heat in Arizona and I didn't end up in the hospital...no I actually felt great! We then golfed that afternoon and went out to dinner and then danced like freaks half the night. Was this energy that I had? Did I really wear a short little black dress with high heels and not go back in the closet to find something that covered me up more? Did I really feel this good? The answer is YES. and what's better is it did not stop. There was a bump in the road though. On one of my 40th birthday celebration runs I fractured my fibula in two places and wound up in a boot cast for nearly 6 months. Did Gerry quit on me? Did he throw me out to pasture which is where I thought I belonged all gimped up..no not Gerry...he came up with 3 full workouts per week for 6 months that busted my ass and not my leg. The surgeon said I could do everything but run and impulsion moves and so that we did....everything and I mean everything but. While my weight loss cameto a stand still as it was hard to find anything I could do aerobically I became stronger everywhere else including all the calf muscles that support
that fibula. The surgeon said he had never seen any one come out of a cast with the muscle tone I still had...he had no idea I had a secret weapon in
Gerry. Fast forward to today and I have added another 10 lbs of weight loss and just came back from a
business trip where I ran 4 miles at an 8 minute/mile average. And here are the best parts:·I am riding horses again
·Working out with my friends and being able to not only hang but kick some of their assess
·Taking Krav Maga an Israel street fighting class and doing more than surviving I did a speech accepting my Presidency of our global association with my boxing gloves on and Gerry's take no prisoners line am living again. I feel alive I owe getting my life back to Gerry. I lost it completely. I was on life support and he
pulled the plug and kicked me in the ass and reminded me that I was better than
some one who sits and watches life go by. I will now
continue to work out with Gerry because good is simply not good enough and I
know he can get me to great. When you look up the word RELENTLESS in the dictionary I am sure that you will find a picture of
Gerry Blais. He is relentlessly dedicated to his health, his beautiful partner Chrissy, his friends and incredibly so to his clients. He says
"Relentless" is the only word he will allow to be used with "less" in it.

Working out and athletics has always been a big part of my life and a consistent part of my routine. I did it to stay "in shape" and because I really enjoyed it. After having kids I hit the gym to lose the baby weight but I wanted something more out of my gym experience. I tried trainers here and there and they were what you’d expect. U show up- tell them what u want to work on -u workout -u leave-show up again and repeat. I continued to work out on my own still longing for what I thought a trainer experience should be. I recently decided to step up my fitness routine and see what I was capable of however, I wasn't really sure how to get there on my own. I figured I would try training one more time. One day, this past winter, I walked into infinite fitness. I met Gerry and told him what I was after. I felt good after our conversation. He really listened to what I wanted to obtain from my workout and assured me that he would help me reach my goals. I decided to give him a try. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. After my first workout, I knew I had met what I had been looking for in a trainer for years. When he shook my hand and said "good luck” I wasn't sure if I had gotten in over my head. However, throughout the session, his motivation kept me going. The workouts are intense and tough but that’s what I need/want! Gerry's dedication, passion for what he does, knowledge, enthusiasm, professionalism, intensity, and his desire for the client to succeed is incredible! He gives his all -all the time. Whether you are his first client of the day or his last u will get his best guaranteed! He takes the time to look at all areas of your workouts and diet to make sure everything is in sync. He has great follow up to keep u motivated and is a plethora of knowledge so u can pick his brain to achieve and do your personal best. This past spring I needed to take some time off from the gym and I knew it would be extremely difficult for me mentally as well as physically ( I felt like I was undoing the work Gerry and I had just put so much effort in doing). Throughout my 5 Weeks off, Gerry made sure I didn't get discouraged and kept me motivated to come back and be stronger than ever. It was him who got me through those 5 weeks without the gym! He is the kind of trainer everyone should have the privilege/pleasure of working with. He is the best! He has and continues to push, motivate and help me achieve my fitness goals! Gerry has helped me in many different ways than your average personal trainer would. Most trainers will give you a standard exercise routine and give you a little push while you work out with them. They will smile and pay minimal attention to you. They are in it for the money and to look good in front of other potential clients! Gerry Blais is not your average trainer. Gerry devotes100% and kicks your ass! He finds your strengths and weaknesses and pushes you to your maximum potential. Recently I told him that I am going to be working as a fireman and the job is very demanding on my body. He created a specific exercise routine for myself that would benefit my health and fitness in the fire service. The first time I trained with Gerry Blais I didn’t think I’d live to see the end of the session. As soon as it was over, I couldn’t wait for the next one. I've always been an active person, and I have had a gym membership since 1992. My problem was that I did a lot of cardio and very little, if any, strength training. In my 20’s, this wasn’t an issue. But as I got older I saw less results, and the weight started creeping up. By the time I was in my mid-30’s, I was overweight and quickly losing muscle. I knew I had to start strength training; I just didn’t know how to begin. I started training with Gerry in February 2007. I had trained with others, and the last experience I had was less than positive. I wanted a new trainer, but I needed to be sure that I chose the “right” trainer. Gerry started working as a trainer in my gym, and I remembered him from a former gym. Gerry was always professional, and my husband suggested that I train with Gerry. Easily one of the best decisions I ever made. Gerry taught me so many things about myself. He taught me that most of my limitations are psychological and that I am capable of doing more than I thought possible.
Gerry would tell me to do things that I didn’t think I could do. But I found I could do what he asked! After I while, I stopped questioning him. I trust Gerry absolutely. While training, Gerry’s focus is on his client 100%. Gerry makes you feel like you’re the only person at the gym. His routines are difficult, challenging, and never, ever boring. He spends a lot of time working on each client’s routine. I can
tell that when he trains me, he has put thought and effort into our workout. Over time, our relationship evolved from a professional one into a true
friendship. Although our workouts are intense, they are also fun and I look forward to every Tuesday and Thursday night! When I go to the gym, people I don’t know approach me and complement me. A few months ago, Gerry and I talked about a charity road race for a mutual friend who was battling cancer. I was apprehensive about running again, but Gerry told me we’d do it together. We both started running, and we compared notes. When the
day of the race finally came, we both started together. Gerry ran faster than me, but I ran the entire course inspired by a now late friend. At the end of the
race, I struggled to make it up the final hill. As I was getting up that hill and telling myself I could do it, I saw Gerry running down the hill towards me like a super hero. He had come to inspire me, and help me through that last ½ mile. Gerry ran the rest of the race with me. When I crossed the finish line, I
saw the pride in Gerry’s eyes. Every time I train with Gerry I ask him to challenge me. He never disappoints. I tell everyone that will listen that if I can do it, anyone can do it.
Gerry is my friend, my mentor, and my inspiration. I would recommend Gerry to anyone.

I've been in decent shape for my whole life due to a life long obsession with soccer,
but I had never known how to get to that next level of fitness. I did not know
what to do when I went to the gym, so I didn't go. I had never lifted seriously,
I was just running a lot and doing the occasional P90X workout here and
there. As an aspiring Division 1 athlete, I felt it was time to take it to the
next level. I needed someone to show me how to workout with weights, tell me

Gerry was a personal trainer at a local gym when I first became a member there. My parents had both trained with Gerry before, and they always raved about it. Watching Gerry working with

physical condition- having run road races ranging from 5k's all the way up to
Marathons. Then in 2006 I began observing this guy named " Gerry "
training individuals as I ran mile after mile on the treadmill. His energy,
enthusiasm, and upbeat nature was something to behold. I placed that thought in the back of my mind, and
went about my daily workout regiment. Then my wife
Sandi ( also an avid runner- she has run races from 5k to 1/2 Marathons )
decided she wanted to learn more about core training- and she took the initial
plunge into Gerry's workout world. And within weeks she went from being in
excellent physical condition- to phenomenal physical condition. I learned second
hand about lean body mass, body fat counts, and core training regiments- BUT now
I wanted to learn first hand !!! So in the spring of 2007 I signed up for
my first lesson with Gerry, and I haven't looked back since! Gerry has taught
me everything I didn't know ( but thought I knew ) about weight training, core
training, nutrition, and of course just what " lean body mass " actually means.
The workouts are indeed intense, but that is what I wanted, and needless to
say Gerry was only more than willing to oblige as I learned day one ! Ironically, Sandi
and I now have an unspoken competition as to who's workout was harder, who's
doing what this week with Gerry, and who is outdoing the other on any given
session. In the end, we simply laugh and acknowledge that he kicked both our butts, and we both know it !!!!!I now have a much better understanding of core training, and the correlation between body fat and lean body mass. I am thrilled to say that a year later my core muscle groups are stronger than ever, my lean body mass has improved, and my latest body fat count is slightly under 8 % . This is a direct result of my training
with Gerry, and the implementation of the knowledge he has passed on to me. I still have much to learn, but I am getting there.
I am so appreciative of the challenging goals Gerry put before me, and the encouragement, patience, and dedication he provided me in attaining these

and I'm in the best shape of my life....thanks to Gerry! This process has been
life changing for me in so many ways!
I have not only gained a noticeable self-confidence with my physical appearance
but my mental health is better than ever. I started this process with the sole
intention of gaining a better physical appearance... I never thought it would
give back such benefits. In the most healthiest fashion I have been able to
transform myself (20+ pounds lighter and emotionally and mentally I feel
great-just another added benefit!). I have successfully cut down daily
prescription medications from 4 to 1... All my doctors agree that it is due to
my physical activity and learning new and healthier ways to fuel my body! Truly
amazing! I watched Gerry train another client for a few weeks... I knew after just
observing his intensity and amazing dedication there was no other trainer for
me...I would spend my time at the gym (pre-Gerry) going for hours on the cardio
machines and being scared to death of any real gym/weight equipment! I had
trainers before Gerry and still had no clue what to do with everything a gym has
to offer. Now... The gym is my second home and I know I can handle anything that
is thrown my way
!Gerry as a trainer and more importantly as a friend has taught me that I can achieve
any goal I set my mind and body too...the support and true belief he has that I

me and teaches me that I have the ability to work through any personal fear or

always wanted. From supplements to eating less, to weightlifting five times.
Although I had lost almost 80 pounds and many people would tell me how good I
looked, I was still not happy. When I heard about Infinite Fitness from a family
member, I went in not believing it could make a change, as I had already tried
for so long to improve my body. What I have got out of the last few months
however has been so much more than a new diet and workout routine. Between the
workouts and the new diet, I am beginning to make a lifestyle change and see
results I have never seen before. With the results I am getting it becomes
gradually easier to transform my life into a much healthier and all around

I have played hockey my whole life and have done
numerous workouts that pushed me to the limit. Working out with personal
trainers at USA hockey select festivals and trainers at Phillips Academy Andover, I thought I had worked out with the best trainers and trained as hard as I possibly could until I met Gerry. No one
out there works harder to make you better than Gerry. He believes in you
and makes you believe in yourself. He always pushes me to do five or ten
more reps than I thought I had in myself. Gerry has made me a bigger, better, faster athlete and he made me mentally tougher.

When I first moved to New Hampshire,my mom told me to work out
again because I was on the heavy side. I first met Gerry about a year and a half
ago and he was one of the best trainers I had. During our time together I have
lost so much weight and was able to keep it off. Gerry is the type of person
that when we were working out or not that I could talk to him about
anything especially movies. If I ever go back to work
out I know that he will be there because I miss the times we had if you
have the time I would like to talk again cause I have things to talk about.
