I first had the pleasure of meeting Gerry when he was my mom's personal trainer. She had taken me to the gym a few times in an effort to get me into the personal fitness scene and was always talking about how much Gerry was helping her accomplish and how much fun he was to work with. The first time I met him, Gerry completely blew my expectations of a personal trainer away; he was incredibly friendly and approachable and never judged anyone at the gym. He was completely and intensely focused only on my fitness goals and how I was going to achieve them. Not only was he helpful, but also personable, funny, and always an excellent motivator. In just one short session with Gerry, I gained a rock-solid foundation for effective, responsible and safe personal fitness that I've carried with me into my adulthood. Sometimes I still find myself going for “just one more” when I'm feeling confident in an exercise! His passion for fitness has not only inspired me, but also my friends and colleagues whom I've passed his invaluable wisdom onto. I owe my healthy lifestyle and love for exercise to Gerry and can't recommend him highly enough to just about anyone at any stage of fitness. Thanks for everything, Gerry!

"Hands down and simply put, Gerry is just the
best trainer; best energy, most infectious positive attitude, delivers fast
results.....the best."

There is no substitute for training with Gerry. I learned a great deal about training
and nutrition working with Gerry. His positive attitude, encouragement and
support never wavered as he pushed me to my limits and got more out of me and my
workouts than I ever could on my own. There’s nothing like having on Gerry on
your side. He is totally dedicated, extremely personable and passionate about helping people. Gerry’s personal commitment to his own fitness is truly an inspiration. If you’re serious about training, check in with the Sarg!

I have been a member of Latitude Sports Club (formerly Gold's
Gym) in Andover, MA since February 2005. I first had the opportunity to
observe Gerry Blais in action when he began training clients at Latitude in
March 2006. I was bowled over by his incredible energy and positive
personality as he worked with his clients in the gym. Gerry is just a
force of nature. Gerry was in Constant motion, and yet always exhibited an intense focus on his client, as he
modeled the correct form for a given exercise, then virtually orbited his client
to observe every aspect of their movements as he exhorted them to do "just two
more" repetitions, and finally guided them to the next exercise, often jogging
across the gym to setup the equipment. Over the next
year I had many opportunities to see Gerry practice his craft. Amazingly,
he was always the same: upbeat, energetic, and unceasingly encouraging. I also had the chance to chat with Gerry and several of hisclients. Every one of his clients with whom I spoke had the same
message: Gerry is simply the best. All of them related how Gerry
had helped them achieve their goals, whether they were working out to increase
strength or lose weight or improve their overall fitness, and how these results
were real, significant, and measurable. Whenever I spoke
with Gerry or even observed or overheard him with his clients, I was always
impressed with his understanding of exercise physiology and diet, his generosity
in sharing his time and knowledge, and especially his innate grasp of his
clients as unique individuals. Gerry would have been a very good
psychologist, I think. Gerry always seemed to know when to push, when to
cajole, and when to back off. Finally, I began
training with Gerry in April 2007. By this time I had gotten into a rut
with my own workout routine and I felt that I definitely needed something to
keep me motivated and to help me further improve my strength and fitness.
I knew what to expect from Gerry and I absolutely knew that he could help
me. Once we began our training sessions, I was not disappointed, to say
the very least. Gerry had me
write out my current exercise routine --exercises, amount of weight, number of
sets, number of repetitions, etc.-- and based on that, he devised a customized
workout for me. Now, by this time I had been working out hard (or so I
thought) for over two years. But the morning after my first workout with
Gerry, I was feeling muscles I did not even know I had. In other words, I
felt as if I was starting over, which was exactly what I needed in order to stay
focused and continue to make progress. Gerry had designed a detailed
workout which zeroed in on exactly those areas which I had been missing in my
previous routine. As much as I knew
about Gerry from observation and my talks with his clients, I was still l even
more impressed with him after working closely with him. As one client, who
worked with Gerry at sessions as early as 6 a.m. or late in the evening, said to
me, "Gerry is always the same, no matter what time of day it is, or whatever
else is going on. "I agree:
Gerry is a true professional, dedicated and completely committed to helping his
clients achieve their goals. So it was with
more than a little sadness that I stopped training with Gerry in November 2007
as my schedule became more erratic and I could no longer commit to regularly
scheduled training sessions. However....In December 2007,
my fourteen year old son, Griffin, expressed an interest in working
out. I signed Griff up at Latitude and immediately arranged for him to
begin training with Gerry once per week. I knew that Gerry would be great
with Griff and that he would help him establish exercise as a regular habit and,
of course, he would help Griff improve his f fitness and strength. As of this
writing (early April 2008), Griffin, under Gerry's guidance, has steadily
and greatly increased his strength, as measured by increased weights and
repetitions, and he has also lost ten to twelve pounds. Even more
important, with Gerry's expert guidance, Griffin
has firmly established a regular exercise habit, something that will benefit him
for the rest of his life. Gerry is just incredible with Griffin,
challenging him, engaging in a wisecracking give-and-take, and always finding
just the right approach to help Griffin get better and better. They have
developed a terrific bond as they have continued to work together. But then, I
believe that it is impossible not to like Gerry as he always exhibits, in
Griffin's words, "a cheery exuberance. "And so I will
close by noting that as great a trainer as Gerry is, he is an even better
person; simply terrific. I cannot imagine anyone else doing such a
wonderful job in s such an important task: helping one of my
children. And that is absolutely the highest praise I can give.
Thanks, Gerry!

The infamous "Griff"
My motivation for joining Latitude Fitness and starting my sessions with Gerry was
the realization I wasn't getting enough activity or exercise. It wasn't just my
body I was concerned about; I noticed that something seemed lacking in my life.
My father Paul Lyons, another client of Gerry, had begun working out and
watching what he ate, and it did wonders for him. When he decided he needed to
motivate himself again by doing something different and signed up for sessions
with Gerry, he reaped those benefits tenfold. My father has always been my role
model, and when I was thinking about how to change my fitness habits, my first
thoughts were about all the mentions he had made of how much good Gerry's
sessions had done him. Considering that, I told my dad I wanted to start
working out like he did, and about three or four weeks later, I had my first
workout with Gerry at the age of 14, in December 2007.Gerry is tough,
no doubt about it, but that's just a part of his approach. Gerry knows when to
push limits and when not to, and he knows which limits where need pushing the
most. He radiates enthusiasm for his career and his good mood and humor is
infectious, making the sessions fly by, because that's what happens when you're
having fun. That mixture of unstoppable determination, foresight, and his lively
personality is exactly why he's so fantastic at his job. Within months, the
lessons in persistence and challenging one's self that made up the backbone of his workout strategy had changed me for the better. I am much healthier and stronger now, and I very much believe in the scientific studies that say working out also helps relieve stress and improves your mood overall.Though I no longer work out with Gerry, what he did for me has made me a new man, and taught me regular exercise habits that will last me a lifetime, as well as extend it. I'd say that improves my mood overall!
Thank you so much, Gerry, for the amazingly positive impact your sessions had on my life, my health, and my happiness.

Where to begin?....
I first met Gerry Blais in late 1995/early 1996 at
Killer Kowalski’s' school of professional wrestling. He was there with a woman
he had been training named Joanie Laurer a.k.a Chyna from WWE. I was very
frustrated with my training cause i wasn't making the gains i should have been.
I later learned I wasn't eating enough protein and was working out too much. I
started reading and made some changes. In early 1999 i joined a gym that Gerry
was working at. I hadn't seen him in a while but he remembered me and we
reconnected. I had made gains but still wasn't where i wanted to be and i knew
the answer wasn't chemicals. You have to understand that being 6’ 3" and 225 may
be big to some but in pro wrestling not so much. I needed to take it to the next
level. Enter Gerry Blais. Every piece of advice he gave me worked. Everything.
Weather it was training or nutrition it worked. I mean everyone's different
right? And everyone will respond to different things right? But Gerry has a way
of looking at someone no matter their gender, age or physique level and knowing
what will work, honed by his years of experience and his passion for what he
does. It’s not a job to him it’s his love. You want proof? How about the time i
was working on an incline hammer strength machine as he stood in front of me and
told me to lean my head back against the machine. a mere 2 inches(if that) and
guess what? It worked. I could feel the muscle more. Or how about the time he
turned me onto a blood type diet and asked me what my type was? Embarrassed, I
answered i didn't know and he said it’ll bet your o+. So i went and gave blood
and guess what? I was. Friends today still get a kick out of that one and
barely believe it but it’s true. My diet at that time was typical bodybuilding
are like chicken, turkey, tuna, rice, potatoes etc. Turned out it was all
stuff i should have avoided or was in a neutral category. I not only improved
my physique but had more energy. From 6'3" 225 to 6' 3" 245 with 12%
body fat. Looked better, felt better, was better. I can't thank him enough for
all he's done by helping me with his knowledge and his friendship. To this day i
have friends and have met people who have asked me for some training and
nutritional advice. I help them as he has helped me.as a matter of fact just a
few months ago a friends' sons' girlfriend asked me for help. I talked to her
and set some things up for her.
After an hour or so of talking she said "wow how
do you know all this stuff" my response was one simple word....Blais!

My Husband and I have been Gold’s
Gym members for the past two years. During this period we have both enjoyed the
facilities and the friendly atmosphere at the gym. I should point out that we
both are in our seventies and work out two or three times a
week. Recently, we both felt that our
own program was not really giving us the desired results. Hence, we signed up for
sessions with a trainer, Gerry Blais. We have found him to be knowledgeable and
efficient in both the exercise and diet programs developed for us. The results
have been remarkable. We can see big changes (reductions) in our waist size and
the program Gerry has arranged is more beneficial to the overall
body. One very personal achievement for
me is the result of my resent bone density test performed at
Mass.Gen.Hospital. The doctor was so impressed with the results he called me on a
Sunday morning and stated that me test results were the best he has seen in
years and asked what in the world I was doing. I explained I could only
attribute it to my trainer, Gerry and Gold’s gym. Additionally I should also
point out that I am one of four sisters and the three others all suffer from osteoporosis. I would like to thank Gold’s Gym and Gerry, my trainer, for the excellent progress that I have made.

I came to Gerry seeking different results. I am a high school athlete at
Masconomet with hopes of being recruited for lacrosse this year. I needed to get
faster, leaner and stronger. Through a family member who is a faithful Gerry
client, I was told, this man could get the job
done.I went to Gerry in hopes to build a strong upper body for power behind my shot,
and to get quicker on my feet. At the end of 8 sessions not only did I see
results, my parents, teammates, coaches and other parents were commenting on my
improvements. I not only was quicker and stronger, I now felt more comfortable
lifting safely and effectively on my own, I had increased endurance and felt a
lot better with myself physically, as I now was on a corrective eating pattern
thanks to Gerry and working out religiously. I would recommend this to any serious athlete with a physical goal. Gerry is not
just a trainer but a friend and
mentor."

I have been working out for years and have always tried to push myself to be the best I can
be. However, sometimes the effort we put in does not always dictate the results we get in return. I've spun, run, stepped lifted and have done everything I could do to get into tip-top shape. But, in the end, I was getting frustrated with the results I was seeing. So disappointing to spend hours at the gym and to not see much in return. I started getting discouraged and my time spent at the gym was getting less and less. I
was beginning to feel like it didn't matter if I missed a day. How could a day
really matter when I've spent all this time sweating for the same old nothing. Soon after, I
saw Gerry posting notes about his "beatings" on Facebook. And, I thought, that may be just what I need! My first training session with Gerry was insane! I left feeling exhausted but excited
because I had confidence that Gerry would help me get over the plateau I'd been
experiencing. He made me realize I was not really challenging myself and not
using my workout time wisely. Since training with Gerry I've also learned that
quick fixes just do not work! In the past I would starve myself and then go to
the gym and do cardio for hours. He has educated me about the science of getting
fit for long term results and - that is priceless! When I signed up
with Gerry I made a decision to stop being so hard on myself. I just wanted to
enjoy the ride with a knowing that working with him was bringing me towards
being the best I can be. Nothing better than grabbing my old jeans that I've
been avoiding only to have them too loose to wear. Training with Gerry has also
been so beneficial to my everyday life. I no longer feel like a gerbil on a
wheel going in circles...nowhere. I love to push myself in every way and feel
fantastic! I look forward to my days with Gerry.
He is always there with a smile, an ear and a positive
and infectious attitude. He is a true pro and a great person. The best!

“B.G”—“Before Gerry” accounts for about more than 20 years of weight training, my own
gym workouts and dieting. As a Registered Nurse, I thought I had things
under control and pretty much maintained a healthy weight. A good friend
at the gym told me if I wanted to challenge myself and get into the best shape
of my life I had to try working out with Gerry Blais. She could not have
been more right. I have been fortunate enough to be working out with Gerry for
more than two years and am proud to say that my friend was right and I feel
great.Gerry has taught me proper, safe weight training and nutrition so that
I maintain a healthy and productive lifestyle. His workouts are without a
doubt the most challenging I have had but, the way you feel afterwards is worth
every second of pain! Throughout every workout Gerry shows an endless
energy, dedication and enthusiasm that helps one feel great mentally and
physically.
Thank you Gerry!!!!!

I began working out with Gerry in September of 2008. I had always worked
out 8-10 hours a week and considered myself in reasonable shape prior to my year long odyssey with Mr. Blais. Gerry scheduled me every Saturday morning for hour. He pushed me through a grueling series on high rep to failure workouts until I was completely spent. I had not worked out at that intensity since I was in the military and I relished every Saturday. Over the next 12 months, I lost body fat, increased my strength significantly and got a weekly attitude adjustment. I highly recommend working out with Gerry as
he has passion, commitment and intensity that will make you a better and stronger person

I MET GERRY SEVERAL YEARS AGO BUT BEGAN MY
FRIENDSHIP WITH HIM BY WATCHING IHIS METHOD OF TRAINING AT LATITUDE.I FEEL VERY
PRIVILEGED TO COMMENT ON MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH GERRY SINCE I HAVE BEEN
TRAINING WITH HIM FOR THE PAST YEAR.I SHOULD FIRST
MENTION THAT IT WAS MY OWN SELF JUDGMENT AND INSECURITY ABOUT EVEN ATTEMPTING TO
ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN AS I FELT WOMEN MY AGE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE CONTENT JUST
BEING ABLE TO DO A LITTLE EXERCISE AND STAY FIT ALL ACCORDING TO MY OWN
GUIDELINES.GERRY DID NOT
APPROACH THE PROGRAM HE OUTLINED FOR ME WITH CONSIDERATION OF MY AGE BUT WITH A
MOST POSITIVE MESSAGE OF SELF DISCOVERY OF WHAT MY POTENTIONAL WAS AND OF
WHAT I COULD BE CAPABLE OF ACCOMPLISHING. DURING MY SESSIONS HE WAS MOST
CREATIVE IN MAKING ALL MY WORKOUTS REACH A LEVEL OF PUSHING MYSELF BEYOND ANY
EXPECTATIONS I WOULD HAVE EVEN THOUGHT OF.THERE WAS NOT A
LOT OF CHIT CHAT BUT REAL DEDICATION IN THE
TIME HE PREPARED ALL MY WORKOUTS TO REACH REALISTIC GOALS. I ALLOWED GERRY
TO CARETAKE ME IN THIS REGARD AND TOTALLY TRUST HIS PROFESSIONALISM. IT IS
ONE OF THE BEST THING I COULD HAVE EVER DONE FOR MYSELF.GERRY HAS
NURTURED AND NOURISHED MY HEALTHY ATTITUDE TOWARD PHYSICAL FITNESS AND IT HAS
NEVER TIRED MY SOUL OR SPIRIT. THE BENEFITS HAVE ALLOWED ME AGAIN THE
PARTICIPATE IN THE FEASTER 5FIVE 5 MILE WALK AGAIN THIS YEAR AND WITHOUT ANY

Johnathan Daniels
My name is Johnathan Daniels. I am a sixteen year old young man who is very active.
I play varsity hockey, lacrosse (last year), and am trying out for the golf
team. After previous years of these sports I realized that in order to be
successful I would need to be bigger and stronger. This is why I went to
Gerry, to gain an upper hand in my game and try to make it to the next level to
play college hockey. There are far too many things I
could say about my workouts with Gerry, but the most valuable thing I believe I
could say is that Gerry always believes in you. He is always high spirited
and is always pushing people to go beyond their limitations. Gerry drives
and pushes his clients more than any other trainer I have seen. While
working with Gerry he gives you his undivided attention. He does not veer
off and talk to other people he stays focused on you. After my workouts with Gerry I
have learned that he is not just a crazy guy, but that there is a purpose behind
everything that he does, or is doing. Gerry encourages people to be all
they can be and firmly believes that everyone has the power to accomplish any of
their goals. I have found the inner power that Gerry was talking about and
have always found a way to get one more done even when I didn’t believe I had it in me.

Where would I be without Gerry?
He has helped me to avoid knee surgery and to get in better shape than I ever
imagined I could. His pleasant demeanor makes my workout enjoyable. I am stronger
and feel great, all thanks to Gerry!

"300 Pounds? No way! That can't be right."
That was a pretty common statement that I kept repeating for four weeks straight. I was hovering somewhere between 296 lbs. and 300 lbs., and I decided that it was time for a change. I wasn't happy with what I looked like or the fact that I had let myself get to this point. I knew that Gerry Blais has helped a lot of people get into shape in the the past. Could he help me out too? The answer is an overwhelming YES!! I started talking to Gerry about helping me lost weight in August of 2002. I was inspired right away when he told me that he would definitely help me out. He said he only helps those who he believes in and those who he thinks will work hard and listen to him. When he handed me my diet/workout plan on Friday, August 22, 2002, he wished me the best of luck since Monday, August 25, 2002, was when the real work began. Gerry laid everything out for me including my meals, workouts, training tip and supplements. He told me that when it comes to losing weight, structure is everything. The mental part of dieting is 70%, the diet itself is 20%, and the workouts are 10%. He told me all of the things that would happen to me as my body went through a big change. Some days were very difficult as the dieting definitely played mind games with me. But it was always great to know that no matter what difficulties or cross-roads I had come to, Gerry was right there to help me through them whether it was answering my questions or just giving me moral support and boosting my confidence. Gerry and I had set a goal of losing 50lbs in 15 weeks. In five weeks on September 27, 2002, I weighed in at 272 lbs. and my jaw dropped. I was very happy that things were going well. It boosted my work ethic even more, and Gerry was very happy with the results right away. In ten weeks I was down to 266 lbs and by Week 15 I was definitely anticipating my weigh in. When I stepped on the scale, it said 250 lbs! I was so pumped up and so excited and Gerry was very happy for me. I can say that Gerry Blais has all of the knowledge it takes to help people get their bodies exactly where they want them to be. Any
times I had questions or was feeling like crap, Gerry would tell me to do this workout, or eat this, and it worked. His knowledge of the body and
nutrition is amazing! I would like to take this opportunity to thank Gerry for the constant support he gave me throughout this entire journey. Without support and a good support group, I know I wouldn't have done it on my own. I also would like thank my buddy Cappy, who has been my
biggest support since Day One when I started, my family, my other friends, and the support I received from a lot of members at Powerhouse Gym. As I'm writing this today on March 25, 2003, I'm pretty amazed at where I am. Seven months ago I was
300 lbs and a 42" waist. Today, I am 238 lbs. and a 36" waist. My more
immediate goal is to reach 220lbs. But with some more work, I plan to continue
going through August 2003. If you want to improve your body, workouts, or
performance in the gym look no further than Gerry Blais.
Thank you for everything Gerry!!

I met Gerry at the old Powerhouse in Methuen, he managed the front desk with ease.
Making shakes, taking care of member issues and all at the same time throwing
you a Blais smile as you walked in the door for a workout, never missing a
beat. I didn’t get to know Gerry very well because I was intimidated by
him, not knowing what to ask without sounding stupid. In
2005 I decided to have a second child many years after my first and didn’t think
that it would be hard to get back into shape! Well a herniated belly button, surgery to repair it and 9 months later undid 10 years of hard & painful work, which brought me to tears and that I don’t care attitude. I joined Latitude’s in Bradford early 2006, put the baby in play care and TRIED for months to go through the motions of what I remembered once worked for me, It wasn't working anymore which brought me down even more. Leaving the gym one day who do I see but Gerry Blais, looking bigger and better than ever and still intimidating to me. He told me of his move to Latitude in Andover and his excitement of working there. I wished him well and he likewise adding in some
encouragement, positive attitude and saying “call me anytime if have any questions". A few more months of disappointed workouts, I picked up the phone and called Gerry in September 2006 for a consultation. I was so nervous to meet with him
(the intimidation thing) but I was so unhappy and my attitude was turning sour. I quickly discovered that he is an intelligent, sweet, understanding, caring and laid-back man. He knew what I needed from our first conversation and put me on track with my diet and set me up with some
training sessions a.k.a. “The Beatings”. Little did I know what I was inform the first time training with Gerry! Because he knew how I trained
prior to joining his troops he put me threw an interesting workout, and I was hooked! I felt so go od leaving the gym and his positive and caring
attitude made all the difference to me. As time went on he beat the checkout of me (all good though) I think he was looking for my breaking point, but I
didn’t want to let him down so I worked harder, an gave him that big-ole smile that he gives you as he’s making you sweat and wanting just 5 more out of you Just a few shorts months of training with Gerry, people in the gym I didn’t even know
where telling me how great I looked, which was a total ego boost, so I worked even harder. Gerry checked in with me to ask how my diet was going and if
things where feeling alright. And they were, I was so excited about getting back into my old jeans, my attitude was positive and I was
happy! I know for me if I hadn’t run into Gerry that day I wouldn’t be where I am today. Gerry has made a huge impact on my life, he is an OUTSTANDING trainer and BEAUTIFUL person, I am glad to have him as a friend. I'm not intimidated by him anymore, but there are some days I worry when I walk in the door and he’s standing there waiting to greet me with that Blais smile, because you never know what Gerry has planed for you!I
wish you all best that life can bring you Gerry you are truly one-of-a kind. YOU ROCK!!!
Thank you,

"I am a procrastinator. You know that sort of a person who wakes up early on Monday
morning, goes to gym and enjoys the rest of the day. Tuesday I am unable to get
out of bed, late to gym and to work and on Wednesday... Well you know the rest.
Few years ago I started to gain weight and got out of shape. I enrolled at
local Gold's gym in Andover and managed to go there on occasional Monday and Saturday. I tried working out with one personal trainer, but was less than impressed with results. Then I met Gerry. Despite intimidating appearance, he is a gentle person who cares about his clients and unlike many of them comes to work early and on time. He is proactive and beaming with positive energy. Gerry meets me every time at the door with his trade mark greeting wishing me good luck today. Then we have a
really good work out that is never the same and always different and fresh out of Gerry's mind. And believe me, he can design so many ways to wear you out there on the mat or on the bench, with a reverse crunches and creative push ups. His counting skills are legendary, I have never witnessed him missing the count, even in the middle of an interesting conversation. As a result, I lost
about 12 lb and gained some muscle mass that I never thought I had. Last year I
moved out of the area, but I still come to Andover to have work out with Gerry. Although I like to delay doing things that I coulddo today till tomorrow, now I have a responsibility to meet with Gerry and have wonderful work out.
Thanks to Gerry I am in great shape and feel good about at least one small part of my
life. And one more thing, procrastination is left at home when I go for work out
with Gerry Blaze."

I began working with Gerry several years ago after the birth of
my second child, and I was eager to get back in top shape. I spent about a week observing all of the trainers at the gym -- each trainer's approach and how each worked with clients -- before asking Gerry if he'd take me on. Almost immediately in working with Gerry I began to both feel and see differences in my muscle tone and strength, dropping inches, pounds, and 2 percentage points in BMI. Gerry's customized strength workouts have complemented my cardio workouts, helping to increase my endurance, and most importantly for me, they'refun! One of the things I like most about working with Gerry is that he listens so that my workouts continue to reflect my goals as they evolve and change but also so that they include the things I love to do (mixed of course with a few of those things I may not love but need to do). Gerry is a great motivator, a great coach, and I'm honored to say a great friend!

Gerry Blais is not only a knowledgeable, skilled fitness trainer, he is
a person of high integrity and enormous heart!
For over a year Gerry has been helping me lose weight and get fit.
Gerry’s sensitivity to my particular challenges and the practices he has
encouraged me to apply both in and out of the gym have been invaluable. His
motivational approach has kept me on track – enabling me to maintain a 20-pound
weight loss while giving me the confidence to continue toward my
goal.Gerry’s dedication to his clients and his craft is undeniable. I would
encourage anyone who is interested in weight training, strength training, or

Gerry Blais creates workout sessions like no other trainer I know.
Between the boxing gloves, the weighted vests, the workout variations, and the
high intensity, I went home feeling like I had just survived boot camp, in a
good way. I work out religiously, and I run an average of 50 miles a week, and I
barely escaped Gerry’s workouts, before getting sick.
Gerry’s attitude and passion for training are unmatched. He, no matter
how spent you are, always makes you want to go the extra mile. Even when he
isn’t training you, he is giving you words of advice. It can be a simple
nutrition tip; another way to work your abs; or advice on the perfect workout,
on any given day. He takes the time to listen to what you need and gives you
what you want. I consider Gerry not only the best trainer I ever met, but a true
friend.

Before I met Gerry, I had bought and read just about every nutrition bible and
bodybuilding book on the market, not to mention the popular magazines; I must
have tried over a dozen different diets and workout routines, all with little to
no real tangible results and all with one thing in common: too difficult
to follow and stick with. I have now been Gerry Blais' client for the past
six years and it has made all the difference. His diets and workouts are
user-friendly, challenging, but above all, they PROVIDE RESULTS. With his
first program I went from 140 lbs. at 18% body fat to 122 lbs. at 9.8% body fat in
a little over twelve weeks. Since then, Gerry has created more than 10 different
programs for me, ranging from competition level routines to diets and workouts could follow while on vacation or business trips. I feel as if all thesecrets I had searched for in all of those books were revealed in a just a fe pages of Gerry Blais's personalized packages. Now I know how to get i just the shape I want to be in a short period of time. I plan on continuing to work with G. Blais Performance for many years to come.

"Gerry Blais! All I can say is this man is one of my hero's.
I started dieting and training 4 years ago. At that time I was around 75 to 80 pounds overweight and
needless to say in terrible shape. I began working out and dieting on my own,
following every gimmick plan and exercise routine I could find with a few
results but not what I really wanted. I plodded along for a little over a year
like that losing a little here and there, but nothing really
dramatic. My training and my results took a huge turn for the better when I met Gerry Blais.
He taught me how to eat the right way, how to train the right way, and how to
mold my body into what I wanted it to be. Now after being blessed with knowing
Gerry these last 3 years I am far beyond what I ever thought I could be when I
started and with Gerry's advice, help and support I know I will continue to
achieve more and more.
He has been there for me every time I had questions, every time I felt uncertain or
discouraged. Gerry Blais is a remarkable human being and friend and when I need
help or advice on my diets or training routines I know I will find it with
Gerry Blais!

like that losing a little here and there, but nothing really
